The KeelWorks Foundation supports upward mobility, especially for the economically disadvantaged. It offers coaching services to hundreds of young professionals in career development.

The organization was juggling too many tools, and it made everything feel disconnected. Teams couldn't align their workflows, and there was no clear way to track overall progress. With scattered data and disorganized assignments, delays were common, and scaling just wasn't an option
